After exploring the web 2.0 tools, I came across
Diigo. Diigo is a cloud based personal management system. It will let you highlight, post sticky notes and capture screens. The best part is when you revisit that page, all your markings will still be there. It can be accessed from anywhere an internet connection is available. The reason I like this is because when I am looking for something online, after opening so many browsers and windows, I usually forget which ones had the information that I was looking for. Diigo comes in handy in these type of situations.
Fauzia this is a really cool site. I joined and was browsing around and noticed they have different groups you can join. There is actually a group called Classroom 2.0 which is "devoted to those interested in the practical application of computer technology (especially Web 2.0) in the classroom and in their own professional development".
ReplyDeleteThis is a really cool site. Thanks for sharing!
A great idea, not only you lose track of the things you went through when looking for something, but also what about that really cool site you stumbled upon two years ago when working on your paper? Most of the time you forget about those sites and sometimes you forget what was good about them or what you could use them for. So, keep track of all those using Diigo.
ReplyDeleteI also like your font, great looking blog!
